    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Damage Claims
    If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and no cancellation will be possible.
